Job Role

Working in a business critical team the role will be required to provide 2nd level support for both internal teams and external clients. As the first escalation point you will be required to provide support over the phone, remotely and sometimes face to face. You will be required to help mentor 1st line support and help whenever possible.

The following skills are essential:

You will need the following experience:

  • A good knowledge of Windows and exchange and active directory
  • A good knowledge of Windows Server
  • A good knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills
