Shannon Hogarth

Office Manager


Shannon has been with the company for 4 years; she started out life at BMC as an apprentice. Since then, she has worked her way up to the position of Office Manager.

Shannon’s role largely involves assisting with the management of BMC’s various recruitment departments and is responsible for the operational, HR and administrative side of the business.

With a keen eye for detail, Shannon also oversees that all areas of compliance are adhered to, including year-on-year ISO9001:2015 accreditation for the company, signifying that best practice and standards are implemented.

Shannon also heads up BMC’s social activities for all employees ranging from organising bi-weekly quiz nights to breakfast mornings!
Outside of work Shannon loves spending time with her family, experiencing new cultures whilst on holiday, and catching up with the latest Netflix series’.
