Joining BMC Recruitment Group in late 2015, Shannon has been using her expertise and knowledge to help streamline existing and new business processes.

Shannon’s role largely involves assisting with the management of BMC’s various recruitment departments and is responsible for the operational, HR, finance and administrative side of the business as well as organising all the social activities and events. With a keen eye for detail, Shannon also oversees that all areas of compliance are adhered to.

Outside of work Shannon loves spending time with her family, experiencing new cultures whilst on holiday, and catching up with the latest Netflix series’.
