Recruitment Process Outsource Solution

We offer our clients the benefit of our knowledge and expertise in running an effective and efficient recruitment process. This can be on an ongoing retained basis or in relation to a specific campaign of project. Services we offer in this particular respect include:

  • Consultation on the nature and timing of recruitment, and development of a long-term recruitment plan;

This enables our clients to provide a form of assistance to those employees they’re letting go, helps the employees to move into new employment and enables us to further develop our candidate pool.
