I’m proud to be partnering with a well-established north east main contractor who specialise in refurb and commercial new build projects up to 5m. I have registered a brand new, permanent vacancy for an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across the region. You will work closely with the visiting Contracts Manager or Project Manager depending on the size of the project.

Operating across several sectors including education and public sector, this contractor works by repeat business, due long-standing relationships with their client base.

I’m looking for a Site Manager who has commercial build and refurbishment experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being the operational lead on commercial build/refurb projects up to 5m, especially in the education/public sector.

What makes this a great opportunity is the reason for this recruitment is to expand an already successful operations team. The company are looking for candidates who are ambitious and who want to grow with the business.

You will need a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
