BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a client who specialises in the healthcare sector based in Teesside.

- Day rate: £300
- Contract: Temporary
- Working hours: Full-time

Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.
- Manage site documentation, including permits, licenses, and safety records.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.

About you
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
