Our client is a B2B growth marketing agency that works with professional service organisations to deliver revenue growth. They offer fully remote working with offices in London and Newcastle.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Advertising:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business objectives.
    • Create and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
  • Social Media Advertising:
    • Design and implement effective paid advertising strategies on social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
    • Develop visually appealing and compelling ad creatives tailored to each platform's audience.
  • Display Advertising:
    • Manage display advertising campaigns, including banner ads and other visual elements, across relevant networks.
    • Utilise audience targeting and segmentation to maximise the impact of display advertising efforts.
  • Budget Management:
    • Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Provide regular reports on budget allocation, spending, and performance across various campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all paid media channels.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in paid media
