Paid Media Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing paid social strategies across a variety of channels and is eager to develop and work with some of our largest e-commerce and lead generation clients.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Independently managing and optimising performance of your own portfolio of Paid Social Accounts across multiple platforms and industry verticals.
  • Conducting performance reporting, automation, testing roadmaps, campaign innovation, and finance processes.
  • Building strong relationships with all client stakeholders and platform partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Maximising operational efficiencies, identifying process improvement opportunities, and helping implement best practices within the team.
  • Supporting client services and contributing towards client calls and meetings with a variety of stakeholders
  • Staying up to date with advances in Social Channels, Strategies, and other areas of Online Marketing.

Ideally you'll have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Paid Social, with a strong understanding of key platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • At least 1 years' experience managing and developing team members.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of both the strategic and tactical application of paid social activity within the broader context of digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing activity across both B2B and E-commerce sectors and managing multi-channel approaches with varied marketing objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • A passion for marketing and advertising, with experience in campaign management and a drive to contribute significantly to successful outcomes.
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • A commercially focused approach with a strategic mindset, able to drive growth and enhance the performance marketing team.
