Based in Perth, manufacture an extensive range of panelling systems.  The Company is one of the UK’s leading and highly innovative providers of wall panels.

Supporting our customer service team by providing and processing information on customer returns and processing relevant customer paperwork.

Principal Elements

To provide effective customer support, including:

  • Manage customer returns.
  • Process / Progress internal returns paperwork through each department
  • Process/progress claims against suppliers, for damages.
  • Working with accounts to solve / process customer account queries.
  • Carry out relevant administration activities effectively and accurately.

The above outline of activities is not exhaustive. The post holder is expected to carry out activities within their ability/experience and within the overall remit and spirit of the post.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of working in a business office environment, with a wide variety of general administration activities.
  • Experience of dealing with customers over the phone.
  • Good IT skills – including MS Word / Excel and Outlook – an intermediate (or above) level of MS Excel ability is a bonus.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work to own initiative, prioritise work and to work as part of a team
