Main duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating the design studio on a daily basis, ensuring work is scheduled and deadlines are met.
- Distributing product samples to media and sponsored athletes.
- Uploading digital content to website, social media and email platforms.
- Collating data and preparing monthly reports.
- Coordination of point-of-sale material, from concept to production.
- Coordinating photoshoots, including booking of photographers / studio time, models, arranging product etc.
- Support with preparation of event kit and material and attend events where required.
- Coordination of department purchase orders and invoicing.
- Maintaining marketing content archives, ensuring all content is saved correctly as per department guidelines.
- Receipt of incoming department phone calls and emails.
