BMC Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside an established business in the Newcastle upon Tyne area who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a standalone position which will provide operational and strategic HR support to the business. You will be responsible for all operational HR activities associated with the employee life cycle and have strong recruitment skills.

 

The role is full time and hybrid working is available. Salary: £35,000

Main responsibilities include: 

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and practices
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from creation of job descriptions to onboarding
  • Administer all contractual documents
  • Carry out new starter inductions
  • Lead on employee relations issues
  • Ask as a first point of contact for all benefits and payroll administration
