This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who is looking for a new challenge. This is a permanent opportunity and is fully site based in Newcastle.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Lead on all HR matters across the organisation ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Recruitment & onboarding.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage grievance, disciplinary and performance management issues.
• Coordinate training opportunities across the organisation.

You will need:

• Strong employment law knowledge.
• Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position.
• Previous experience of providing advice and guidance to senior managers.
