BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Head of Social Enterprise to join their client in North Tyneside on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the growth and operational management of the organisation’s social enterprises.

Your Responsibilities include:
- Driving growth and sustainability across the organisation’s social enterprises.
- Seek and develop opportunities for income growth and operational efficiencies.
- Produce and manage budgets.
- Work with the finance team to track financial performance and forecasting.
- Oversee day to day operations.
- Liaise with Health and Safety to mitigate risks.
You will need:
- Proven experience of managing social enterprises or purpose driven organisations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience of working in fast paced environments.
- Relevant experience in business management and leadership.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
