My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence across the North East, County Durham, and North Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
This opportunity is suitable for solicitors at any stage of their career who are looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment while working on a broad range of quality commercial property matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Advise clients on sales and acquisitions of commercial premises.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and assignments.
- Assist with property development, secured lending, and refinancing transactions.
- Provide practical commercial property advice to a diverse client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Ability to manage files independently and prioritise a busy workload.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Experience in agricultural property matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
