Our client is a rapidly growing engineering company based in Teesside, for over 25 years they have supplied quality solutions to customers across many different industries. They are looking for a part time accounts assistant to join them on an initial 12-month contract with the potential to go permanent after this

 

Job Responsibilities –

  • General bookkeeping and accounts prep
  • Managing invoices and purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment Runs
  • Other general admin duties

 

Experience/Skills required

  • You must have previous experience working in accounts or finance
  • Previous experience using Sage 50 or Sage would be beneficial
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Used to working in an office environment
