Our client is seeking a qualified solicitor from NQ to 7 years+ PQE with demonstrable experience in private client matters and a genuine passion for this area of law. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where you will provide high-quality advice across a broad range of private client matters, while working alongside lawyers known for their technical excellence and exceptional client service.
In this position, you will manage a varied and engaging caseload, including:
- Drafting and advising on complex wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax planning and taxation of trusts and estates
- Strategic family and wealth protection planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Advising elderly clients and handling capacity-related matters
- Court of Protection applications
- Trust creation and ongoing administration
You will work with a diverse and sophisticated client base -individuals, families, farmers, landowners, and business owners across the North East and the wider UK -handling everything from straightforward estates to high-value, multi-layered trust structures.
