We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client’s team on a permanent basis, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing sales, and nurturing long-term client partnerships. You’ll be working closely with the leadership team to expand their market presence and deliver tailored packages that add real value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to deliver effective solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Travel as and when necessary to events and conferences

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • A self-starter with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
