After spending 9 years in the British Army, Sarmon decided to leave forces life to move into recruitment several years ago. Starting out as a recruiter in driving and logistics, Sarmon then moved into working construction white collar roles and he became successful in placing staffing across a broad range of companies in the construction industry. He is now Director at BMC, managing BMC’s Construction team.

Sarmon is a Newcastle United season ticket holder and he loves travelling, one of his favourite places is Australia. Sarmon loves to keep fit and trains regularly, including playing 5-aside football. A keen motorcycle enthusiast, Sarmon currently owns a modern classic Triumph Bonneville Ace Café racer.
