Catherine, Associate Director at BMC Recruitment has experience in various industries, initially starting in finance with a career spanning 20 years in the industry. Having found her niche in HR over the last four years this is the area of recruitment she loves and excels in.

She has a real passion for building long lasting and trusting relationships with both candidates and clients and loves networking and truly understanding businesses and candidates needs.

Outside of work she is a proud mum of four boys and loves to cook! Saturday nights are family ‘eat around the world’ and she enjoys making new dishes for her family to critique. Her guilty pleasure is a good reality binge!
