Finance Business Analyst – Accounting & Finance – South East England

  • Identify issues across the Finance business and common themes and engage with users and to troubleshoot issues and resolve
  • Work with the  IT or other  the ‘resolving’ department to develop solution design documents
  • Support the development of system test scripts and coordinate their completion
  • Explain and implement best practice of system use, data management and processes
  • Identify and flag business challenges constructively and manage them to resolution
  • Develop good relationships across the business and the central UK teams

Salary: £45000 - 55000 per annum

  • Increase sales revenue – a direct primary responsibility
  • Seek out and develop new business opportunities in line with the company strategy
  • Plan, implement, monitor and report on performance vs commercial targets
  • Development of account plans – regular status and progress updates
  • Sales forecasts for both financial and logistical
  • The first point of contact as the interface between the customer and the company – share all communication
  • Recognise and escalate any and all critical issues regarding the customer
  • Conduct all company activity in accordance and with respect for the rules and values of the company
  • At all times plan to exceed the customer’s expectations
  • Plan and have regular meetings with customers
  • Perform all other duties as required
