Team Secretary


£30,000 - £35,000


Our client is a leading unique marine risk management consultancy agency with offices in the UK. The role will be working within the secretarial team to support both the claims and underwriting teams, comprised mainly of qualified Lawyers and/or Mariners and Underwriters.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with reporting and management information
  • Diary management for the teams
  • Creating travel plans and booking and coordinating all travel including hotel arrangements (for business and training purposes)
  • Assisting with the arrangements of events and entertainment (UK and global)
  • Booking meeting rooms (including refreshments) and sending meeting invitations
  • Meeting and greeting visitors as required
  • Assisting with the production of presentations and other materials
  • Supporting the team on projects and initiatives
  • Collating and processing expenses on the expenses system (TMXM)
  • Updating CRM and other databases
  • Recording or tracking absence as necessary
  • Taking meeting or Committee minutes as required
