BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a large financial services organisation to assist them in their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

This role will support and coordinate recruitment for the whole business, taking ownership of day to day recruitment activity. The role is full time and hybrid working is available.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Working with hiring managers to provide a proactive recruitment service
  • Advertise new vacancies on all recruitment channels
  • Manage agency preferred suppliers
  • Manage day to day resourcing activities
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate right to work checks
  • Manage the offer process
  • Undertake initial stages of onboarding

The ideal Talent Acquisition coordinator will:

  • Have an excellent track record of candidate management, ideally in an in house environment
  • Have a background of working in recruitment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
