I have registered a brand-new vacancy for an experienced Site Manager for a 2m refurbishment of an education establishment in Stockton on Tees

This is a rare and exceptional opportunity to join an award-winning main contractor, that prides themselves on health and safety and promotes a culture that offers extensive training and development. You will work alongside another experienced Site Manager and report into the Project Manager.

This company are well established and are winning awards. Operating across several sectors including commercial, residential, education and industrial this opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance.

I’m looking for a Site Manager who has refurbishment experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being the operational lead on commercial refurbishment projects up to 15m, especially in the education sector.

You will take ownership of 2 sections of the project from inception to client handover and will be based on the project in Stockton on Tees reporting into the Project Manager.
