Are you an experiences PQS looking to join an expanding, market leading Cost Consultancy with a culture for progression?

I have an opportunity to join a successful growing cost consultancy who are expanding their commercial team due to winning several new contracts due to start 2023. This company are well established and are market leaders in cost consultancy. Operating across several sectors including care homes, retail and commercial, this opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance.

I’m looking for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step up to the next level. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being able the commercial lead on several construction build projects up to 20m for a Cost Consultancy.

It will be your responsibility to manage several projects at any time. You will be based in the Leeds office with occasional travel to sites. You will be reporting into the Commercial Director, with an AQS reporting into you.

What makes this a great opportunity is the reason for this recruitment is to expand an already successful commercial team. The business is aiming to increase its turnover in the market by winning repeat business from its target clients.
