Main Contractor - Northeast and Yorkshire New build commercial site based in Scarborough Salary from 60k – 65k plus 6k car allowance + 28 days holiday + BUPA

An opportunity to join a successful main contractor who are expanding their commercial team due to winning several new contracts due to start 2023. This company are well established and are market leaders in the Northeast and Yorkshire. Operating across a number of sectors including education, cable centres, hospitality and healthcare, this opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance.

I’m looking for an intermediate to Senior QS as my client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being able to demonstrate being the commercial lead on projects on build projects up to 30m.

It will be your responsibility to look after this project only. You will be based in on the site in Scarborough within the commercial team.
