We are working with one of the leading Property companies in the North to recruit a senior PR and Marketing manager to manage the communications strategy for the firm.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and managing a variety of PR opportunities.
• Building a strong reputation through the creation and delivery of corporate messaging as well as the delivery of strategic communications campaigns.
• Organic and paid social media strategy and analytics
• Internal communications.
• Running the website
• Corporate content for brochures, reports and website.
• Briefing in design and photography.

Experience and qualifications

• Preferably a degree in marketing or PR
• 5+ years of experience in PR and marketing role
• Preferably PR/Marketing agency experience or experience within a business offering multiple services
• Preferably experience in services-based PR and marketing

Qualities

• Proven track record of delivering strategic messaging and communications initiatives and campaigns
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to build communications in different writing styles.
• Good time management and prioritising skills
