Are you ready to manage the design of a 75m flagship project?

This is a new opportunity to join a principle main contractor on a 75m project and overseeing an additional project valuing 13m. This company are well established and are market leaders.

Operating across several sectors including education, industrial, student accommodation and MOJ. This opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance on large scale projects.

I’m looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager from a Tier 1 main contracting background. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being based on projects up to 80m taking the design lead and managing a Graduate Designer and Document Controller.

It will be your responsibility to look after the design process, and be involved in bid requirements, especially long bid processes.

What makes this a great opportunity is the chance to manage 2 projects in close proximity to each other.
