BMC Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing North East business based in Newcastle to assist them in their search for a sales coordinator to join the team on the permanent basis.


Due to continued expansion our client is looking for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator based in our Newcastle head office; the role requires a highly motivated team player who can work under pressure. Reporting into the Sales Manager.


Main Duties

  • Working closely with already established contracts to ensure information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with account management and other duties relating to the sales of the business.
  • Liaising with site contacts to ensure information is transparent across the company and for the customers.
  • Increasing incremental sales from established client
  • Achieving monthly sales goals
  • Price parts, tools, calibration, repairs and raise quotes.
  • Sourcing equipment
  • It is preferable that you will have experience in the industry.


  • The ideal person will be computer literate, have a good telephone manner, excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in fast paced environments. The position is office based in Newcastle upon Tyne


  • Our client offers standard 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. In addition to this, you get your birthday off work each year and agree ½ day’s holiday for each year of service.
  • Pension scheme is government standard.
  • Free parking.
  • Role must be fully office based (the software is server based so cannot be accessed outside of the office).
  • Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 9-4 on a Friday.
  • Salary £22,000
