We are currently recruiting for a main contractor who are becoming a market leader in the social housing refurbishment sector across the North East.
Background
The successful candidate must have RLO experience and will need to have excellent communications skills as they will be required to communicate between the site team, residents and the clients
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for booking in appointments, dealing with complaints and issues, maintaining property information, and carrying out validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
You must be IT literate, hard working and able to work both individually and within a team. The Resident Liaison Officer will work towards minimizing disruption to residents, gaining access to units and establishing relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth process during projects.
Daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate all activities that relate to the customers journey, from introduction through to the completion of works
- Undertake visits to customers in their homes to monitor works and quickly address any customer concerns or issues raised to avoid escalation
- Support the site manager in all activities affecting the customer experience
- Investigate and resolve complaints within agreed timescales
- Resolve problems of access or other social issues
- Identify community initiatives to fulfil social value commitments
- Asset in developing continuous improvement opportunities links to all activities affecting the customer journey
