Remuneration Assistant

I am delighted to be working alongside a well-known Financial Services organisation based in the Newcastle area to recruit a Remuneration Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. My client is offering a generous salary alongside a fantastic benefits package, including study support for further qualifications, for the successful candidate. The role will be providing support to the Remuneration Manager and the Financial Controller.

Duties will include:

  • Processing daily statements reconciling bank accounts
  • Inputting receipts onto Excel
  • Calculating and invoicing Advisor charges
  • Completing month end reporting and analysis
  • Data entry
  • Producing VAT reports


Person Specification:

  • Previous administration experience is advantageous
  • Previous experience in an FCA environment would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident with IT and Office software packages
