A key client of mine is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North East. Within this role, you can enjoy career progression and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes.

Background

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assessing contract risk and work with the delivery team to develop and manage mitigation plans.
• You will have the opportunity to manage projects with the value up to £15M
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
