An opportunity to join a successful regional main contractor who are adding to their commercial team. This company is well established and are market leaders in the northeast. Operating across a number of sectors including commercial, education and hotels/leisure, this opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance.

I’m looking for an intermediate to Senior QS as my client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being the commercial lead on projects up to 5m generally using JCT suite of contracts and occasionally NEC.

 
It will be your responsibility to look after 2/3 projects at any one time. You will be based in the office in Darlington within the commercial team and be expected to travel to regional sites as and when required to undertake valuations, attend meetings etc.
