An opportunity to join a successful regional civils contractor who are expanding their commercial team. This company are well established and are market leaders in the northeast. They predominately work with housing developers and some main contractors.

I’m looking for an intermediate to Senior QS as my client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being the commercial lead on civils projects generally using housing developer contracts or NEC.

It will be your responsibility to look after 2/3 projects at any one time. You will be based in the office in Teesside within the commercial team and be expected to travel to regional sites as and when required to undertake valuations, attend meetings etc.
