I am delighted to be working alongside a well-known business to recruit a Purchase Ledger clerk on a fixed term basis for their site in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. The role will last until March 2022 to cover maternity. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience with the below:
- Match purchase invoices to the correct PO’s and delivery notes
- Input purchase ledger invoices onto the ledger ensuring the costs are coded to the correct jobs and codes
- Scan invoices to the system and attach to the relevant transactions
- Ensure invoices are approved in a timely manner to ensure they meet the payment cycles.
- Reconcile statements received to the ledger ensuring we have all the invoices
