Purchase Ledger Clerk
I am delighted to be working alongside a well-known national client to recruit a Purchase Ledger clerk on a temporary basis for their site in Stockport.
The role will involve:
- Match purchase invoices to the correct PO’s and delivery notes
- Input purchase ledger invoices onto the ledger ensuring the costs are coded to the correct jobs and codes
- Scan invoices to the system and attach to the relevant transactions
- Ensure invoices are approved in a timely manner to ensure they meet the payment cycles.
- Reconcile statements received to the ledger ensuring we have all the invoices
This role is 30hrs a week with flexibility around working hours and offers an immediate start. Please apply immediately if you are interested.
