An opportunity to join a successful main contractor who have several new build schools starting in 2023. This company are well established and are market leaders in the education sector.

• Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (depending on experience)
• Main Contractor – Northeast England
• New build schools up to 30m
• Salary from 60k – 75k plus car or car allowance

I’m looking for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager as my client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being the lead on commercial build projects up to 30m, especially in the education sector.

You will take ownership of the project from inception to client handover and will be based on the project in County Durham reporting into the Operations Manager.
