BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with an organisation based in Sunderland to assist them in recruiting a part time HR administrator to join them on a permanent basis.,

Background

This role is ideal for an HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking for a new challenge or looking to reduce their hours. The role is 2.5 days a week (worked around you) and the role is full time site based.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

The role will encompass providing support on the full employee lifecycle including:

  • Managing the on and offboarding process
  • Ensuring that staff training records are kept up to date and facilitating training where needed.
  • Maintaining staff records
  • Liaising with payroll
  • Managing the visa process for staff who are travelling abroad for work purposes.
  • Keep accurate records of all performance management and appraisals.
  • Ensure new starters receive the correct onboarding emails prior to join.

 

Person specification

  • Previous HR administration experience is essential.
  • Ideally you will have experience of visa management.
  • Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
