Our inspiring client based on the outskirts of Newcastle city centre, are looking for temporary finance support two days a week. The team is incredibly friendly, inclusive, and needs an open-minded but finance focused individual to support them in the interim.

The role can be worked flexibly over 14 hours, and is suited to someone available at short notice. The position will be for a minimum of 3 months and likely to be extended.

Duties will be ad hoc, but will include:

  • Payroll administration - monthly preparation.
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable - processing invoices and liaising directly with clients.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of monthly accounts and reports.
  • Data entry and administrative tasks.

You must have experience in an all-round accounts position to be considered, however training will be provided.

Knowledge of Sage 50 would be preferred, as well as working within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
