HR Business Partner

BMC Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively working alongside an established business in the Newcastle upon Tyne area who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the organisation on a permanent basis.
This role will encompass implementing organisational change across the business as well as deploying their new people strategy. You will have previous experience working at Business Partner level as well as implementing change strategies.
The role is full time, office based and will require occasional travel to other UK sites. Salary £GBP 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per annum
Main responsibilities include:
- Implementing a reward and recognition scheme
- Creating an employee engagement committee
- Implement and evaluate the organisations new people strategy across the business
- Embed organisational values across the business
- Lead transformation and change projects as well as supporting the cultural and people aspects of organisational change
