BMC Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with an established business who are looking tom recruit a HR and Recruitment Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Within the role you will work directly with the Recruitment Manager and HR Coordinator completing day-to-day tasks, as well as assisting with projects and the longer-term HR/Recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process and HR functions (For example: advertising jobs, shortlisting, interview arrangements, offer letters and contracts of employment)
- Maintain the Recruitment HR system and ensure details are kept up to date
- Assist in building on our existing Graduate, Placement and Apprenticeship programme
- Support with implementing new candidate attraction strategies
- Project management support with various ongoing projects
- Ensuring electronic filing and documentation is up to date and stored correctly
- Take a lead on finding relevant recruitment fairs and events to attend to promote the business
- Support with the roll out and transition into a new ATS system
- Support health and wellbeing incentives
About you:
- A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma in administration or customer services and/or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated experience of working in an administrative role
- The ability to prioritise busy workload
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels with internal teams, job applicants and external agencies
- Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive
- Attention to detail is key
- Ability to plan ahead with a proactive “can do” attitude
- Effectively organise own workload
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

- Hours: Full-time 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- £22K - £25K p.a.
- Working as part of a growing organisation with long term development opportunities
- Sickness: 10 days paid sickness absence in one calendar year
- Up to one hour for lunch
- 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme; 5% employee and 3% employer contribution
