HR Advisor



BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working alongside an established business in the Tyne and Wear area who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The role is a fixed term position, full time (9am to 5pm) and is office based. 

Main responsibilities include: 

  • Supporting management in employee relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence management, providing support and advice.
  • Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
  • Supporting with reorganisation activities
  • Providing advice on employee benefits
  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Delivering internal training
  • Project work relating to employee engagement

  • Have previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Have a full driving licence
  • HR Project experience is desirable
