BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working alongside an established business in the Tyne and Wear area who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The role is a fixed term position, full time (9am to 5pm) and is office based.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting management in employee relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence management, providing support and advice.
- Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
- Supporting with reorganisation activities
- Providing advice on employee benefits
- Managing recruitment processes
- Delivering internal training
- Project work relating to employee engagement

- Have previous experience of working in a similar role
- Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Be CIPD qualified
- Have a full driving licence
- HR Project experience is desirable
