HR Advisor – fixed term 12-month contract

Our client is a well-recognised Professional Services Business with their head office in Newcastle. With hybrid working available, the role could be the ideal career opportunity for you if you have previously worked at the Advisor level and are available over a fixed-term 12-month contract.
You will work closely with the people team, providing advice, support, and guidance for a specific area of the business, collaborating with the central People Services team.
You will work closely with the Operational People Partner, contributing to People Programs and managing sickness absence and Employee Relations cases.
The role is a fixed term 12-month contract, and the right candidate will be excellent at building relationships and making connections with a focus on continuous improvement, the ability to challenge and add value, strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to personal development, and preferably be CIPD level 5 qualified.
As a business, they offer excellent benefits including hybrid working. Salary will be £33,000 - £36,000.
