BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a large organisation to assist them in their recruitment for a temporary HR Administrator for a period of 3 months. This role is full time and hybrid working is available.
Background
This role is ideal for an immediately available HR Administrator, HR Assistant. The role is full time and hybrid working is available.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role will encompass providing support on the full employee lifecycle including:
- Administering HR related documentation to support the HR function.
- Ensuring that the HR Database is kept up to date and is accurate.
- Support with recruitment including sourcing, liaising with recruitment agencies, shortlisting and interviews.
- Ensure all employment checks are completed.
- Ensure payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time
- Provide day to day support to employees on HR related queries, escalating more complex issues to HR managers
Person specification
- Have demonstrable experience of HR processes and procedures
- Have exceptional UK employment law knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
