Our client is an international professional services organisation based in Newcastle City Centre.

 

Background

This role could be the ideal career opportunity for you if you have recently completed a business apprenticeship, are a current PA or secretary and are looking for a new challenge. You will work alongside the rest of the document production team to create, edit and reformat all types of documents consistent with the organisations templates.

 

Main Purpose

  • Processing all copy, audio and scanned work
  • Provide professional, high-quality documentation

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Produce and amend lengthy and complex business critical documents with speed and accuracy
  • Proofread and check all work for spelling, grammar, formatting and presentation
  • Maintain and update entries on the document production team tracker
  • Take responsibility for logging incoming work alongside other team members
  •  Take responsibility for ensuring each piece of work is correctly saved and accessible by the requestor, logged and returned to sender

 

Person specification

  • Document production experience gained in a professional services environment with exposure to lengthy documents
  • Typing speed of at least 65wpm
  • Proficient in audio and copy typing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
