Our client is a fast-growing global outdoor sport and leisure company with a recognised brand. They are looking for a digital marketing manager to develop the digital marketing strategy and support the growth of the business. The focus of the role will be on leveraging Google's advertising suite and implementing effective marketing campaigns for eCommerce websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Search, Display, and Video. Knowledge of Performance Max is essential.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target audience and optimise campaign performance.
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for eCommerce websites.
  • Develop and manage customer acquisition and retention campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Explore and evaluate new advertising platforms to expand our digital marketing reach and identify untapped opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimise campaigns and improve overall marketing ROI.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Google's advertising suite, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics for eCommerce websites.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook's advertising suite, including Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Analytics.
  • Experience with testing and exploring new advertising platforms.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, and Criteo.
  • Desirable: First-hand experience with Shopify.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
