This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning main contractor who are expanding their business to the northeast due to winning a number of new contracts in the region. This company are well established and are market leaders.  Operating across several sectors including industrial, hotels and student accommodation, this opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance on large scale projects.

I’m looking for an intermediate to experienced Design Manager as my client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of working in a Design Manager role for a main contractor, consultancy, or housing developer. It would be favourable if you can demonstrate experience of working in the ‘beds and sheds’ sector.

It will be your responsibility to look after the design and pre-construction of all projects for tender in the northeast. You will be based in the office in Teesside within a small but rapidly growing team and you will be expected to travel to regional sites as and when required.
