Are you ready to manage the design of a brand new 30m project?

This is a new opportunity to join a principle main contractor who have a new project starting summer 2023. This company are well established and are market leaders.

Operating across several sectors including education, industrial, student accommodation and MOJ. This opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance on large scale projects.

I’m looking for an experienced Design Manager from a Tier 1 main contracting background. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of being based on projects up to 40m taking the design lead and managing a Graduate Designer.

It will be your responsibility to look after the design process, and be involved in bid requirements, especially long bid processes.

What makes this a great opportunity is the chance to start on a new project and manage the process from inception to completion.
