Our client is a global tech health and fitness company with over 70,000 members using their app. As they continue to grow and be recognise as one of the biggest brands in the fitness industry, they are looking to appoint a Creative Manager to ensure they produce world-class content for the website, app and social media channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, you will oversee the daily workload of the creative team, including organising tasks and projects, setting deadlines, writing briefs and assigning work to employees.
• Ensuring that all creative content, including video footage, photography, copy and design work is executed to exceptional standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Ensuring all creative projects are finished on time and to an exceptional standard.
• Reviewing and approving all creative content before it is uploaded to it’s destination.
• Managing all phases of creative work from conception to completion.
• Contributing exceptional creative ideas to allow content to stand out from competitors.
• Managing all creative team employees, including overseeing employee development, holding regular employee reviews and managing absences, holidays and lateness.
• Identifying areas for growth and development within the creative team.
• Adapting and improving all creative team processes, to improve the efficiency and output of the creative team.

Key things we’re looking for

• Exceptional attention to detail – you will be responsible for approving creative pieces before they are uploaded, so exceptionally high standards and a keen eye for detail is essential.
• Experience using the Adobe suite, including Premiere Pro, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience in managing a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills.
