Our client is a one of Europe’s largest employers’ associations that helps it members to be more competitive in today’s retail market.


Summary - This role is most suited for someone who have previously worked in sales, retail, or customer service. We will also consider applicants who have just finished college and university and are looking for a sales role.

You will also be someone who enjoys some variety in your day and wants to help existing members solve their problems. Having the drive for continuous improvement is vital for this role as our organisation needs a forward-thinking advisor to drive innovation.


Duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager you will work alongside the Contact Centre team supporting the membership and wider business.

You will focus on recruiting new members and identifying opportunities to recruit members. You will also provide customer care to our existing members, introducing them to our partner offers and benefits of membership.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, covering hours between 07:00 to 17:00 on Monday to Friday and occasional weekends on a rota basis (time is given back in lieu).
