Our client is growing its civils team due to an increase in workload across the North East.

Background

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for contributing towards the overall successful running one or more projects: - production, commercial issues and health and safety.

Main Purpose

• Develop and translate functional strategies, goals and plans into solutions and services that prioritise resources, comply with relevant legislation and statutory requirements and manages a level of appropriate risk in order to deliver the objectives of the organisation and ensure that all risks are actively managed.
• Leading and motivating internal Technology team and management of external resources to ensure agreed deliverables are met within timelines and costs and to required corporate standards for performance management.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will take full responsibility for civil engineering projects, including roads and sewers, industrial civils and building, reinforced concrete and earthworks.
