We are recruiting for a branch manager for an established Estate Agency at our clients Jesmond branch. This reputable Estate Agent brand is looking for an individual who is ready to further their career and drive the busy Jesmond branch to further success. Our client is looking for a self-starter who wishes to succeed in managing and mentoring the team and is open to new innovative ideas.

Job Description

You will preferably be an experienced Branch Manager.

The qualities and experience we are looking for are:

A full driving licence is essential
Successful track record of valuations and listing conversions in both sales and lettings
Proven track record in generating new business
Good mentoring and training skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Excellent customer service skills
Experience and knowledge of both sales and lettings
Computer literate and have good administration skills
Knowledge of the local area
